Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of AI Clarity, operated by Sebastian Großalber.

Scope and status of the platform

AI Clarity is currently in a research and pilot phase as part of a doctoral dissertation. These terms apply to all users, regardless of whether a free or a paid plan is used.

Description of services

Free plan: AI readiness assessment, modules, toolkits, initiative management, limited use of the AI Advisor. Premium plan: extended use of the AI Advisor for a fee, billed via Stripe. Facilitator tier: portfolio view across multiple organizations for advisors/consultants. Paid plans are technically available but are not currently actively marketed during the research/pilot phase.

Contract formation and payment

A paid plan is purchased via Stripe Checkout. Invoicing and payment processing are handled by Stripe; we do not store payment data on our own servers.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. This right may expire early if you expressly agree that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Section 18 FAGG, Austria).

Cancellation

A paid plan can be cancelled via the Stripe customer portal (in the platform's settings), effective at the end of the current billing period.

Rules of use

Collaboration within an organization is additionally governed by our Code of Conduct (see separate page).

Disclaimer of liability

Diagnostic results, module recommendations, and AI Advisor responses are automatically generated support and do not constitute legally binding legal, tax, or business advice. We make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the content provided. Use is at your own risk.

Availability

No specific availability is guaranteed during the research and pilot phase. Maintenance work and temporary outages are possible.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended as needed, in particular if the scope of services or the legal status of the platform changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
