These ground rules apply to everyone collaborating within an organization on AI Clarity: members, owners, and facilitators.
AI Clarity is a shared workspace for organizations. This code ensures that collaboration is respectful, trustworthy, and true to the platform's original intent.
Discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise abusive behavior toward other members of an organization is not tolerated. This applies whether directed at colleagues or external facilitators.
Anyone with access to an organization's data (in particular facilitators with portfolio access across multiple organizations) must treat diagnostic results, resistance analyses, and free-text answers as confidential. They may use this data solely for the agreed advisory or work purpose. Sharing this data with third parties without the affected organization's consent is not permitted.
The AI Advisor is scoped to topics around AI adoption and organizational development. Attempts to circumvent this scope or to misuse the Advisor to generate harmful, discriminatory, or unlawful content are prohibited.
The value of the diagnosis depends on truthful answers in the assessment. Deliberately falsified answers undermine the benefit for your own organization and, where research consent is active, for the underlying study as well.
Violations of this code can be reported to s.grossalber@hotmail.com.
In cases of serious or repeated violations, access for individual members or, in severe cases, entire organizations may be restricted or terminated.
